Redbrick Properties have earned the status of No.1 Letting Agent in Leeds as well as Yorkshire & Humber No.1 Independent Letting Agent, at the ESTAS 2012, by winning the Silver award for the Best Letting Agent 2012 in the Yorkshire & Humberside area, only one podium place down from one of the country's largest national property letting chains.

With a positive feedback score of 97.0408% from the landlords whom voted, we were only 0.0367% behind the Gold Award winners!

The award was announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at a lavish luncheon & ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane London attended by 550 of the UK's top estate and letting agents.

Phil Spencer said "The ESTAS are the most important and valuable awards in our industry. An ESTA is not an easy accolade to pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long period of time."

Simon Brown, owner of the awards added "Agents that take part in the ESTAS believe passionately in providing the highest quality customer service. They are prepared to go that extra mile, prepared to take criticism as well as praise and prepared to invest and develop their businesses accordingly."

The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 33,000 votes were received making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the property industry.

So, now time to look at areas of improvement, as we will be going for Gold next year!

Having used Redbrick properties for our portfolio ever since they first opened in 2002, we have never needed to use any other agency in Leeds. The guys at Redbrick are always accessible and the staff in the office are so helpful. I live overseas, so they have found tenants for my property and fully managed the property too. They are quick to follow up on anything that arises and have arranged for repairs etc without any delay. Top service to the landlord (myself) and also the tenant. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I have just bought another property in Leeds and would not consider placing it under the management of any other agency than Redbrick.
