When you sign up to our management package you will be contacted by our maintenance manager to customize the maintenance element. We will find out if you have any favourite contractors that you want to carry over during our management, or perhaps you may wish to supply Redbrick with any current warranties on any of the appliances in your property.

The hard work, professionalism, and dedication shown by our maintenance team will hopefully make you more time savvy and even save you money.

Let Redbrick take the worry away when you take that well deserved two week family holiday by taking advantage of our 24:7 tenants emergency helpline. We can also offer you the reassurance of collecting a couple of quotes from our trusted contractors and letting us oversee any necessary works. We will identify maintenance issues before they become a problem. This could be via one of our regular mid-term property checks.
