Market Appraisal

At the market appraisal stage, one of our directors will:

  1. Visit the property and in good faith advise the market rent, reflecting current market conditions whilst listening to your perceived needs or circumstances.
  2. Give you advice and guidance on any repairs and refurbishments you need to take before you market the property to maximize your rental return.
  3. Advise you of the need to comply with the obligations and requirements of the various safety legislations and regulations that apply to rented property.
  4. Compile a detailed description and take some high quality marketing shots for your potential listing.
