New Letting Service For Our Landlords!

Have you ever had to take property maintenance calls from your tenants whilst you're sat by the pool on holiday?

Well, if the answer is "YES" we are happy to inform you that help is now at hand.

At Redbrick Properties, we consistently listen, adapt, innovate and improve the service we offer to landlords with rental properties in Leeds. Regular communication via our monthly Landlord Feedback Surveys allows us to do just this, whereby we ask our landlords how we are performing and where our property management & letting service could be improved.

A ‘tongue in cheek’ response from one of our Let Only Plus landlords was to “manage my properties for me whilst I’m sat by the pool on holiday.” Well if you don’t ask you don’t get, and as we take all our landlord feedback seriously, we decided to oblige this request.

As a result we now have a new service for those landlords on our Let-Only Plus package, the free ‘Two Week Holiday Management’ Service, whereby we offer 14 days of free property management to these landlords whilst they are away on holiday.

So, for our Let-Only Plus landlords you can now have a care free two week holiday without a worry in the world, rest assured that your properties will be looked after by our dedicated Maintenance Department. Turn off your phone and let Redbrick Properties deal with all your maintenance queries. Simply bring us the keys and we’ll do the rest so you can then relax safe in the knowledge you are taking advantage of our 24:7 Tenants Emergency Helpline, a service normally only reserved for our Fully Managed Landlords.
