We've been doing a huge amount of work behind the scenes here at Redbrick Properties, with the aim of elevating ourselves above our competition and more importantly giving something extra back to our loyal landlords.
Last week we launched the new Landlord Dashboard featuring interactive charts based on actual market data, offering landlords a plethora of live market insights from peak seasonal months for letting to which areas are performing the best in Leeds.
This week we have been working on developing an Instant Online Rent Calculator* giving landlords a tool to give an indication of the rental value of their properties based on real rents being achieved by Redbrick Properties in the current Leeds market. Although still in its early stages of development, based on landlord feedback we are definitely on the right path to developing something very special for all Leeds landlords.
It's not going to stop there either. We have some really great ideas in the pipeline, all aimed at giving something extra back to our landlords. Watch this space!
