Step 5: Secure new tenants

Once we find an applicant, we'll ensure all the essential checks and paperwork are in place prior to them signing the tenancy agreement, ensuring both you, and they are compliant.

Step 6: And relax...

If Full Management, we'll check them in, handle deposits, conduct routine property visits, arrange repairs and maintenance, as well as any rent arrears. You, on the other hand, can just relax.
