Maintenance Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join the team in our Headingley office.
The right candidate must be a highly organised people person, with the ability to build rapport, and have a driven attitude. They must also be prepared to work one in three Saturdays, but with a day in lieu during the week.
The main responsibilities will be:
- Responding to Tenancy maintenance queries and repair requests
- Bringing on new contractors onto our preferred contractor list
- Delegating tenants repair requests to contractors
- Agreeing quotes with Landlords
- Spot checking contractor works
- Scheduling Planned Maintenance
- Visiting refurbishment projects and provide project management
- Inspecting properties and recording on our inspection software
- Providing assistance with checkouts
We are looking for a highly efficient delegator who enjoys organising contractors. You will enjoy communicating face to face and on the phone with customers and contractors.
Your customer service skills will be excellent, you’ll strive to provide the best customer service to hundreds of Tenants. You’ll work hard to ensure every Tenant is happy in their home.
In a conversational and friendly manner you’ll be adept at speaking with landlords, tenants and contractors.
You will be excellent at organising your own time, as well as others. You will work hard to ensure your team hit targets.
You’ll have a high level of empathy as well as being a great negotiator. You will build strong relationships with clients, and promote our services strongly and ethically.
Finally, you’ll be someone who thrives under pressure. You’ll be managing high volumes at any one time. You’ll be a great manager of your own time, which will aid you in managing the volumes without sweat.

Lettings Co-Ordinator

Redbrick Properties have commenced the search for the next member of our winning team - we are looking for a Lettings Co-ordinator to drive the company forward into the next stage of growth. The successful candidate with have great organization skills and attention to detail.
What does the role involve?
- Reaching out to our tenants and landlords- at the core of our brand is communication with our clients - in person, on the phone, by email, text and using social media.
- Handling client queries efficiently- dealing with enquiries from tenants and landlords to make sure their needs are met accurately and in a timely fashion, ability to go that extra mile.
- Tenant Application & Contract Signing Stage- ensuring our prospective tenants are given a smooth ride during the signing stage, by listening to their needs and responding effectively.
- Property Management- Making sure property regulations are met and well maintained, offering a high level of service to our landlords
- Office Administration -Working in a diarized manner, delegating tasks and following up on these to ensure consistency and quality of delivery.
- Operational Tasks-Regular communication with the Company Directors, to ensure our systems/structures are robust.
