In what has become an even more demanding role she has still been accessible to tenants and landlords where there have been financial worries, and continues to be a great mediator where the current Covid-19 situation is causing stress and uncertainty to tenants and landlords alike.
Chelsey is successfully coordinating property Maintenance via FixFlo, however at this time she will be prioritising urgent issues. Harry has been at the forefront of Lettings and is the first point of contact for prospective tenants searching for their new homes in what is a very challenging viewing environment. Through video viewings and a very honest commentary of each property he has successful continued to let properties. In fact, we've let double the number of new properties in March 2020 compared to the previous March!
Matt is continuing to oversee Administration and has been successfully coordinating new tenancies as well as current tenancies from the comfort of his home. He has successfully administered double the amount of tenancy re-signs in March 2020 compared to the previous March and is continuously on call for all tenancy queries from tenants and landlords alike.
Joy is consistently on hand in Business Development. She has been talking through options with new landlords looking to bring their properties to Redbrick Properties and ensured new properties have been successfully listed and marketed for Harry to find new tenants for.
The whole team has been working fantastically well and are refusing to allow these challenging times to dampen the spirit of Redbrick Properties.
There are still many outstanding questions at the moment, which is why the Ministry of Communities and Local Government has recently published new COVID-19 guidance for landlords and tenants alike. This guidance aims to provide landlords and tenants with an overview on notices for seeking possession, court proceedings and property access in order to meet health and safety obligations. You can find the official document here.
