Redbrick Properties have once again won industry recognition, for the third year running, this time at the Sunday Times Letting Agency Of The Year Awards 2014.
Over 500 Letting Agents from up and down the country attended the prestigious ceremony, held at The Lancaster Hotel in Central London, presented by Katie Piper, the best-selling international author, inspirational speaker, TV presenter and charity campaigner who has rebuilt her life after surviving a brutal attack in which she had sulphuric acid thrown in her face.
As stated by the award’s organisers, “At a time when what agents say about themselves is treated with increasing apathy and cynicism by customers, these awards shine a hugely valuable and highly credible light on those agencies who truly are a cut above the rest.”
Company Director Matthew Williams said he was overjoyed that Redbrick Properties had been recognised for their professionalism in such a competitive industry, for the third year in a row. The company have also won awards at the 2012 & 2013 ESTAS Awards, presented by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert, held at the Park Lane Hilton in Central London.
Co-Director Mark Phillipson said “It means so much for everyone associated with Redbrick Properties to have their hard work and endless dedication recognised by such experts in the lettings industry. We’re proud of our customer service but don’t take the high praise we receive from our clients and such industry awards for granted. We continuously listen, adapt, innovate and improve.”
Now in its fifth year as a dedicated competition, the Sunday Times Letting Agency Of The Year Awards have become widely recognised as the most prestigious and difficult to win. With more entrants than ever before, nearly 6,000 offices were represented this year, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.
The awards ceremony was the culminating event of a rigorous and thorough judging process by a panel of 21 industry experts who assessed initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which included over 12,000 minutes of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process was overseen by The Property Ombudsman; Christopher Hamer.
