The Story So Far
The student letting season started in early November 2018 but we were more than prepared with some rather clever marketing and an absolutely awesome lettings team ready for the onslaught of student property enquiries.
And what an November 2018 it was, with 61% more viewing enquiries generated than in Nov 2017, which in turn led to a whopping 194% increase in properties let than in Nov 2017.
It didn't stop there either because December 2018 also set new records for Redbrick Properties, with a 108% increase in viewing enquiries than in Dec 2017, which generated a 57% increase in properties let. (stats from Landlord Dashboard)

Once again, Hyde Park proved to be a very popular area for students searching for their next home, but Headingley was not far behind at all. We even saw an increase in the number of viewing enquiries for Burley. (stats from Landlord Dashboard)
Onwards & Upwards
The start of 2019 has proven to be just as productive as we are already up on January/February 2018's figures, and we still have over a week until the end of the month.
We will continue to work hard for our landlords in 2019 with some very exciting developments in the pipeline.
Redbrick Properties was established back in 2002 and since then has gone from strength to strength building up a fine portfolio of residential properties along the way.
We could never be accused of being a faceless agency as both Mark and I still work front-line in the office along side our experienced and capable staff.
