Redbrick Properties has once again been shortlisted for outstanding customer service to its clients by the largest and longest running award scheme in the UK residential property industry, the ESTAS (Estate & Letting Agent Awards).
Having been shortlisted twice before, and winning a Silver Award on both occasions, this year Redbrick Properties are hoping their hard work and commitment will be recognised with the Gold award.
THE ESTAS determines the best estate & letting agents in the country through research carried out amongst customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. This years’ competition saw 25,000 surveys completed by agents customers.
The regional and national winners will be announced by Phil Spencer, the TV property expert at the 12th annual ESTAS ceremony held at the Hilton Park Lane on the 17th April 2015. Phil Spencer said “I think these awards help us all to focus on customer service for the greater good of our own businesses as well as the wider industry. We must all drive standards higher, raising the bar in terms of the quality of advice we offer and the level of customer care we deliver”.
Simon Brown, who owns The ESTAS says “Its client feedback which determines who is shortlisted and ultimately who wins that makes the ESTAS so valuable for agencies. It takes a lot of commitment to enter the ESTAS and to make it to the shortlist is a great achievement in itself”.
All the staff at Redbrick Properties are very much looking forward to the ESTAS on the 16th April 2015. Bringing back the Gold Award would be a fitting prize for a great deal of hard work and commitment to all our clients.
Watch this space...
Redbrick Properties was established back in 2002 and since then has gone from strength to strength building up a fine portfolio of residential properties along the way.
We could never be accused of being a faceless agency as both Mark and I still work front-line in the office along side our experienced and capable staff.
Well done! Good luck on bringing back the Gold Award! I've got my fingers crossed for you.
